  • 2 tablespoons Softened Butter Salted recommended
For the Cheese Mixture
  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Can substitute with cheddar or Monterey Jack
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Fresh garlic can also be used
  • 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Customize based on preference
Optional Toppings
  • 1/4 cup Jalapeños Place under the cheese
  • 1/4 cup Bacon Bits Place under the cheese
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Herbs Spinach or basil recommended, bury under cheese

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Spread softened butter generously over both sides of the flour tortillas.
  2. Sprinkle a layer of shredded mozzarella cheese on one tortilla, then dust with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  3. Place the second tortilla on top, creating a cheesy sandwich and gently pressing down.
  4. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and place the stacked tortillas inside.
  5. Cook for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the tortillas are golden brown.
  6. Inspect visually and add another minute if not done, watching closely.
  7. Remove the cheesy tortilla and let it cool for 1-2 minutes before cutting into wedges.
  8. Serve with marinara sauce or ranch dressing for dipping.
