  • 4 ounces Deli-sliced Salami
  • 4 ounces Deli-sliced Ham
  • 4 ounces Deli-sliced Pepperoni
  • 4 ounces Deli-sliced Mozzarella Cheese
  • 4 ounces Deli-sliced Provolone Cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
For the Veggie Garnishes
  • 1/2 cup Roasted Red Peppers, Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Black Olives
  • 1/4 cup Banana Peppers, Sliced
  • 1/4 cup Fresh Basil Leaves for garnishing

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice each Italian sub roll in half without cutting all the way through, then place cut side up on a baking sheet.
  3. Melt unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Brush the seasoned butter generously on the cut sides of each roll.
  5. Layer deli-sliced salami, ham, and pepperoni on the bottom half of each roll, followed by mozzarella and provolone cheese.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the meats and cheeses, then add roasted red peppers, black olives, and banana peppers on top.
  7. Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  8. Bake the sandwiches in the preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Let the sandwiches cool for about a minute before slicing them if needed.
