Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Brew the Chamomile Tea by boiling water and steeping tea bags or dried flowers for 5 minutes. Allow to cool.
  2. Prepare the Banana by peeling and chopping it into chunks.
  3. Combine the cooled chamomile tea, banana chunks, honey, and milk in a blender. Add ice if desired.
  4. Blend until smooth for 30-60 seconds, scraping down the sides as necessary.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more honey.
