- Coat salmon pieces in cornstarch until fully covered. Arrange them on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake salmon bites for about 15-18 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- While the salmon bakes, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth.
- Cook rice according to package instructions, aiming for about 20 minutes total.
- Assemble bowls with rice, mixed greens, crispy salmon, avocado, and green onions on top.
- Drizzle the Bang Bang sauce over bowls and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
