Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate shrimp in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes. Preheat oil in a skillet.
  2. Combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  3. Dredge shrimp in the seasoned flour, then dip in buttermilk again, followed by panko breadcrumbs.
  4. Fry shrimp in hot oil for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  5. Whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha for the sauce.
  6. Assemble tacos with cabbage, fried shrimp, and bang bang sauce. Add sliced avocado.
  7. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
