Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse the cauliflower and cut it into 1 to 1½ inch thick steaks.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the steaks.
- Combine olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Drizzle the mixture over the cauliflower and coat evenly.
- Roast in the oven for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
- While roasting, heat buffalo sauce, vegan butter, vinegar, and syrup in a saucepan.
- Brush the sauce over the cauliflower and return to the oven for 5–10 minutes.
- Garnish with parsley or chives and serve with optional veggie sticks.
