Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, heat over medium-high heat, add your ground beef, and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, allowing the flavors to meld.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with shredded cheddar cheese and diced pickles. Stir everything together until well combined.
  3. Lay an egg roll wrapper flat on a clean surface with one corner pointing towards you. Spoon a generous amount of the cheeseburger filling into the center of the wrapper.
  4. Starting from the corner closest to you, fold the wrapper over the filling and roll it tightly, sealing the edges.
  5. In a deep pan, heat oil over medium heat until it reaches about 350°F (175°C). Gently add a few egg rolls to the hot oil, frying them for about 3-5 minutes on each side.
  6. Alternatively, preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Brush the assembled egg rolls lightly with oil and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or a tangy burger sauce.
