Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly greasing it.
  2. Cook beef, onion, and garlic in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until browned; then let cool.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough to ¼ inch thick and cut into 16 equal squares.
  4. Place a scoop of beef mixture in the center of each dough square along with a square of cheddar, and seal tightly.
  5. Boil 4 cups of water with 2 tablespoons of baking soda and drop each bomb in for 30 seconds before placing on the baking sheet.
  6. Brush tops with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame seeds if desired.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving warm with ketchup or mustard.
