- If using store-bought pizza dough, let it rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll or stretch the dough into a rectangular shape, roughly ¼-inch thick.
- In a small saucepan over low heat, melt 3 tablespoons of butter. Add 2-3 minced garlic cloves and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Using a pastry brush, evenly coat the stretched dough with the garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the buttered dough, adding grated Parmesan and dried oregano if desired.
- Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.
