- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Divide the pizza dough into equal pieces, rolling each into an 8-inch long rope.
- Snip a 1-inch cut at each end of the dough rope and pull both ends outward to create the bone shape.
- Arrange the shaped dough on the baking sheets, brushing each bone with melted butter.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese generously over the butter-brushed bones.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
- Top the baked breadsticks with shredded mozzarella cheese and return to the oven for an additional 5–7 minutes.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving with marinara sauce.
