Step-by-Step Instructions for Cheesy Hamburger Potato Casserole
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, brown 1 pound of ground beef until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess grease.
  3. Add 1 finely diced onion, 3 minced garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the onion is translucent.
  4. Mix in 1 can of cream soup and ½ cup of milk until everything is creamy and well combined.
  5. Wash and peel (if desired) about 4-5 medium-sized potatoes. Slice the potatoes into approximately 1/8 inch thick rounds.
