- In a large mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sharp cheddar cheese until smooth and creamy.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the cheese mixture, roll into balls, and place on the prepared baking sheet. Press your thumb gently in the center of each ball.
- Spoon a generous dollop of hot pepper jelly into each thumbprint, avoiding overfilling.
