Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  3. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the cheese mixture, roll into balls, and place on the prepared baking sheet. Press your thumb gently in the center of each ball.
  4. Spoon a generous dollop of hot pepper jelly into each thumbprint, avoiding overfilling.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the jelly is slightly caramelized.
