Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place each chicken breast between plastic wrap or parchment paper and pound until 1/2 inch thick.
  3. On each flattened chicken breast, lay one slice of turkey and a slice of Swiss cheese. Roll tightly and secure with toothpicks.
Breading
  1. Create a breading station with seasoned gluten-free flour, whisked eggs with milk, and garlic powder mixed with breadcrumbs.
  2. Dredge each chicken roll in flour, dip in egg wash, and coat with breadcrumbs.
Cooking
  1. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add chicken rolls, and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  2. Transfer to a greased baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  3. While baking, melt butter in a saucepan, whisk in flour, then gradually add milk and cook until thick. Stir in Swiss cheese until melted.
  4. Let the chicken rest for about 5 minutes, then slice and drizzle with Swiss cheese sauce before serving.
