  • to taste Salt adjust based on your taste preference;
  • to taste Pepper don't skip these for flavor enhancement.
For the Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic fresh cloves provide the best aroma; garlic powder works in a pinch.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream gives the sauce that luscious, creamy texture; half-and-half can offer a lighter alternative.
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated is preferred for better melting and flavor.
  • to taste teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes add them to taste for that perfect spicy kick.
For the Fries
  • 2 cups Frozen or Fresh Potatoes ensure they're crispy and delicious!

Equipment

  • skillet
  • Baking sheet
  • Oven
  • meat thermometer

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). For frozen fries, arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions.
  2. For homemade fries, slice fresh potatoes, toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  3. While the fries are baking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and lightly golden. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  5. As it heats, add freshly grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, stirring continuously for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and becomes creamy.
  6. Return the cooked chicken fillets to the skillet, coating them well in the sauce. Let simmer together for an additional 2-3 minutes.
  7. Transfer crispy fries to a serving plate alongside the chicken fillets drizzled with sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.
