Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). For frozen fries, arrange them in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions.
- For homemade fries, slice fresh potatoes, toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and bake for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- While the fries are baking, heat a skillet over medium heat and add a splash of olive oil. Season chicken fillets with salt and pepper and cook for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and reach an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and lightly golden. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- As it heats, add freshly grated Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, stirring continuously for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly and becomes creamy.
- Return the cooked chicken fillets to the skillet, coating them well in the sauce. Let simmer together for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Transfer crispy fries to a serving plate alongside the chicken fillets drizzled with sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve hot.

Notes
For best flavor, use fresh garlic and freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Adjust the heat level of the sauce by reducing the amount of red pepper flakes if you prefer milder flavors.
