Method
 

Churro Saltine Toffee Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Lay saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  3. Combine unsalted butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until boiling.
  4. Pour the boiling toffee mixture over the crackers, spreading it evenly.
  5. Bake in the oven for 5-7 minutes until the toffee is bubbly and glossy.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top, allowing them to melt.
  7. Mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the melted chocolate.
  8. Lightly sprinkle sea salt over the top while still warm.
  9. Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
