  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, fine chopped onion, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, ketchup, fresh parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently to maintain moisture.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture onto your prepared loaf pan, shaping it into a loaf with clean hands.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together glaze ingredients: brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar. Brush half over the meatloaf.
  5. Bake the meatloaf for 45 minutes, then glaze again and return to the oven for an additional 15 to 30 minutes.
  6. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer, it should reach 160°F (71°C). Let it rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
