Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan with cooking spray or olive oil.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
  3. Transfer the meat mixture to the prepared loaf pan, shaping it into a smooth, even loaf.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and Dijon mustard until smooth. Set aside half of this mixture and pour the other half over the top of the meatloaf.
  5. Bake the meatloaf in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. After 45 minutes, brush the remaining glaze on top and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes.
  7. Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
