Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Pour in coconut milk and vegetable broth, stirring to combine. Bring the soup to a gentle simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Add diced carrot and peeled cubed potato to the simmering broth. Simmer for 15 minutes until tender.
  6. Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Gradually add water, stirring until a soft dough forms.
  7. Fold in fresh spinach and soy sauce into the soup. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
