  • 1/2 cup Red Onions (finely diced) Green onions can be milder alternative.
  • 1 cup Mixed Bell Peppers (finely diced) Increase amount for extra taste.
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese (cut into tiny cubes) Feta or mozzarella could substitute.
  • 1/2 cup Hard Pepperoni (cut into cubes, optional) Use turkey pepperoni or omit for vegetarian.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the thin spaghetti noodles and cook for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool.
  2. Rinse the noodles under cold running water to stop the cooking process, tossing gently to cool evenly.
  3. In the bowl with the cooled spaghetti, add Salad Supreme seasoning, Cajun seasoning, parsley, and dill weed. Toss gently to coat.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together Italian dressing and ranch dressing until combined.
  5. Pour the dressing over the seasoned spaghetti, toss gently, then add cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, cheddar cheese, and optional pepperoni. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
  7. Before serving, give the salad a final toss and adjust seasonings if necessary.
