Step-by-Step Instructions
- Start by making your homemade lemonade, or pour store-bought lemonade into a large pitcher. Chill it in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- While the lemonade chills, wash the ripe peaches thoroughly, slice them in half, pit them, and slice into wedges. Reserve about a quarter of these slices for garnish.
- In your blender, combine the remaining peach slices with one cup of the chilled lemonade and the fresh mint. Blend until completely smooth.
- Pour the blended peach mixture into the pitcher with your chilled lemonade. Stir gently to mix together.
- Add the reserved peach slices and extra mint leaves into the pitcher. Serve over ice in tall glasses, or blend with ice for a slushy treat.
