  • 2 cups Ripe Mango Or frozen mango cubes

Method
 

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a kettle, steep 2 black tea bags for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  2. In a saucepan, combine 2 cups of diced mango with 2 cups of water, boil, then simmer for 10 minutes and mash into a puree.
  3. Strain the mango mixture into the brewed tea, pressing to extract flavor and leaving fibrous residue.
  4. Add honey to the mixture while warm, stir to dissolve, and adjust sweetness to taste.
  5. Allow tea to cool completely, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving over ice.
