Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Fall Apple Cider Stew Mash
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter until melted.
  2. Pat the beef dry, season with salt and pepper, and sear in the skillet until browned on all sides.
  3. Add chopped onion and sliced carrots to the skillet and sauté until onions are translucent.
