Preparation
- Brew the chamomile tea by boiling water and steeping 1/2 cup of chamomile tea for about 5 minutes until fragrant.
- Prepare the banana by peeling and cutting it into small chunks.
- In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, banana chunks, honey, milk, and ice cubes if desired.
- Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and garnish with dried chamomile leaves or a banana slice, if desired.
