  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon adjust to taste
  • 1 cup Ice optional based on desired thickness

Equipment

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by washing and drying the lemon thoroughly. Use a microplane or zester to zest the whole lemon, capturing its aromatic oils. Juice one half and set both zest and juice aside.
  2. In a high-speed blender, combine almond milk with lemon juice and zest. Add blueberries, avocado chunks, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Include chia seeds and cinnamon.
  3. Blend on high for about 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness by adding almond milk a tablespoon at a time if needed.
  4. Taste your smoothie and adjust flavors if desired by adding honey or more lemon juice.
  5. Pour into glasses and garnish with blueberries or chia seeds. Serve immediately for the best flavor.
  6. Store any leftovers in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 1-2 days, shake before drinking.
