- Start by washing and drying the lemon thoroughly. Use a microplane or zester to zest the whole lemon, capturing its aromatic oils. Juice one half and set both zest and juice aside.
- In a high-speed blender, combine almond milk with lemon juice and zest. Add blueberries, avocado chunks, Greek yogurt, and vanilla extract. Include chia seeds and cinnamon.
- Blend on high for about 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy. Adjust thickness by adding almond milk a tablespoon at a time if needed.
- Taste your smoothie and adjust flavors if desired by adding honey or more lemon juice.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with blueberries or chia seeds. Serve immediately for the best flavor.
