- Boil a large pot of salted water. Add pasta and cook until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Whisk in flour, cooking for 1-2 minutes until golden.
- Slowly add milk while whisking. Stir until thickened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Lower heat and add Brie cheese, stirring until melted.
- Fold in the drained pasta until well coated.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer pasta mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
