Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook chicken breast until it reaches 165°F. Blanch broccoli in salted water for 2-3 minutes, then transfer to ice water.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Preheat oven to 350°F. Layer chicken in a baking dish, add broccoli, pour sauce over, and top with cheddar and breadcrumbs.
