- In a medium mixing bowl, add 1 cup of mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, and 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard. Whisk until smooth and creamy.
- Incorporate the minced garlic and Worcestershire sauce. If using, add the anchovy paste. Whisk thoroughly to combine.
- Add 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper. Whisk until fully combined.
