Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Begin by placing the chicken breasts at the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle the chicken taco seasoning evenly over the chicken breasts.
  3. Layer the canned Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies on top of the chicken.
  4. Add the drained black beans and the drained whole kernel corn.
  5. Pour the chicken broth over the mixture, ensuring all ingredients are covered.
  6. Cover the slow cooker and set it to LOW for 4–6 hours or HIGH for 2–3 hours.
  7. Once cooking time is up, shred the chicken with two forks right inside the slow cooker.
  8. Stir in the heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and blended.
