- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped shallot, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in gochujang and cook for about 30 seconds. Gradually pour in heavy cream and reserved noodle water. Mix in soy sauce and gochugaru until combined.
