Ingredients
  

For the Pasta
  • 12 pieces Jumbo Pasta Shells Cook until al dente.
For the Seafood Filling
  • 8 oz Lobster Meat Substitute with scallops or fish if desired.
  • 8 oz Crab Meat Opt for fresh for the best taste.
  • 8 oz Shrimp Consider pre-cooked options for convenience.
  • 4 oz Cream Cheese Light cream cheese can be used for a lighter version.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Freshly shredded for best results.
For the Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Butter Unsalted preferred.
  • 2 tbsp Flour Gluten-free flour can be substituted.
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Half-and-half can be used for a lighter alternative.
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese Grated.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  2. Add lobster and crab meat. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until just cooked through. Set seafood aside to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the seafood, cream cheese, mozzarella, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
  4. Boil water in a pot and add pasta shells. Cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Drain and cool.
  5. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and whisk in flour to make a paste. Gradually add heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
  6. Stir in grated Parmesan until smooth.
  7. Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread some sauce in a baking dish, stuff shells with filling, and pour remaining sauce on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
  9. Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish, serve warm.
