Preparation Steps
- Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add lobster and crab meat. Cook for about 3-4 minutes until just cooked through. Set seafood aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the seafood, cream cheese, mozzarella, salt, and pepper. Mix until creamy.
- Boil water in a pot and add pasta shells. Cook for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Drain and cool.
- In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and whisk in flour to make a paste. Gradually add heavy cream, stirring until thickened.
- Stir in grated Parmesan until smooth.
- Preheat oven to 375°F. Spread some sauce in a baking dish, stuff shells with filling, and pour remaining sauce on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes, garnish, serve warm.
