Cooking Steps
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and drizzle with olive oil. Add diced onions and sauté for about 3 minutes until they turn translucent and fragrant.
  2. Stir in minced garlic and continue cooking for an additional minute until it becomes aromatic.
  3. Incorporate the ground turkey into the skillet, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until browned and no longer pink.
  4. Add sliced mushrooms along with paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  5. Whisk flour into the chicken broth until smooth. Pour over the turkey and mushroom medley in the skillet, stirring well.
  6. Lower the heat and fold in the sour cream gently, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  7. While your sauce simmers, boil water in a separate pot and cook egg noodles per package instructions. Drain them.
  8. Plate the egg noodles and spoon the creamy turkey stroganoff over the top. Garnish with chopped parsley.
