- Begin by washing and drying your firm apples, then slice them into fry-shaped wedges. Aim for uniform pieces.
- Set up a dredging station with all-purpose flour in one bowl and spiced breadcrumb mixture in another. Dip each apple wedge into the flour, then transfer them to the breadcrumb mixture and press lightly.
- Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for about 5 minutes. Lightly grease the basket to prevent sticking.
- Arrange the coated apple wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook at 370°F (188°C) for approximately 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
