Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Wash and quarter the Yukon Gold potatoes. Add to the seasoning mixture and toss gently until fully coated.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the potatoes and toss again to ensure it clings to the potatoes.
  5. Carefully place the potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry the potatoes for 15 to 20 minutes, shaking halfway through for even browning.
  7. Once golden brown, remove from the air fryer and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
