Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and peel 3 large potatoes. Slice thinly to 1/16 inch for even cooking.
  2. Soak the slices in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
  3. Drain and pat the potato slices dry with a towel for 10 minutes.
  4. Mix potato slices with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of salt.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for about 5 minutes.
  6. Cook potato slices for 8-10 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes.
  7. Remove chips when golden brown and let them cool before serving.
