- Using your hands, grab portions of the mixture and shape them into small balls, about the size of a golf ball.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat until shimmering. Drop a small piece of the mixture into the oil to test readiness.
- Carefully add a few bites to the skillet and fry for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
- Use a slotted spoon to transfer the bites onto a plate lined with paper towels once golden brown.
