- Preheat the oven to 500°F (260°C) for at least 45 minutes, placing a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
- Roll out the fresh pizza dough to about ¼-½ inch thick on a floured surface.
- Spread ⅓ cup of the birria consommé evenly across the rolled-out dough, leaving the outer edges bare.
- Sprinkle 1½ cups of shredded cheese over the consommé.
- Distribute the leftover beef birria evenly on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top of the beef birria.
