Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Gather your ingredients: cucumbers, lime juice, sugar, mint, ginger, and water.
  2. In a blender, combine cucumber chunks, lime juice, sugar, mint, ginger, and 2 cups of water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove pulp.
  4. Stir in the remaining 2 cups of water and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with mint or cucumber slices.
