Prepare Aguas Frescas
- Blend 3 to 4 cups of diced fruit with 2 cups of water until smooth. Stir in 6 cups of water and sugar to taste, serve over ice.
- Boil 4 cups of water and add 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers. Simmer for 10 minutes, cool, strain, and mix with sugar and extra water.
- Soak 1 cup of rice and 1 cinnamon stick in 4 cups of water overnight. Blend, strain, then add evaporated and condensed milk with water.
- Boil 15 tamarind pods in 4 cups of water for 10-15 minutes. Cool, remove seeds, puree, strain, and mix with extra water.
