Instructions

  3. Whisk together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle over cauliflower steaks.
  4. Roast cauliflower steaks for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway for even browning.
  5. Prepare the buffalo sauce by combining hot sauce, melted vegan butter, apple cider vinegar, and optional maple syrup in a saucepan.
  6. Brush the roasted cauliflower with buffalo sauce and return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
  7. Serve on a platter; garnish with herbs or serve with vegan ranch dressing.
