- Prepare the buffalo sauce by combining hot sauce, melted vegan butter, apple cider vinegar, and optional maple syrup in a saucepan.
- Brush the roasted cauliflower with buffalo sauce and return to oven for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Serve on a platter; garnish with herbs or serve with vegan ranch dressing.
