- Mash the ripe bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Mix in the melted coconut oil, eggs, coconut sugar, vanilla extract, almond milk, and maple syrup until well combined.
- Sift in the all-purpose flour, ground cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; mix gently until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips until they are evenly distributed.
- Fill each mold with batter using a 1/4 cup scoop and level off the tops.
