Preparation Steps
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt or mayo with salt and whisk well. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.

- Cook pasta in salted boiling water for 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Slice the cucumber into thin half-moons and sprinkle with salt. Let drain in a colander for 30 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, drained onions, and cucumbers. Add any optional vegetables.
- Pour the creamy dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients.
