  • 750 ml Dry Red Wine Tempranillo or Garnacha recommended
  • 100 ml Brandy Essential for flavor
  • 50 ml Orange Liqueur E.g., Triple Sec or Cointreau
  • 150 ml Orange Juice Freshly squeezed preferred
For the Fruit Medley
  • 1 unit Sliced Orange Thinly sliced
  • 1 unit Sliced Apple Diced for flair
  • 1 cup Black Grapes Halved
  • 1/2 cup Blackberries Optional for flavor
For the Sparkle
  • 1 cup Club Soda Add before serving
  • 2 cups Ice Cubes To serve chilled

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Combine the base ingredients in a large pitcher and stir well for about 30 seconds.
  2. Gently fold in the sliced orange, diced apple, and halved black grapes into the mixture.
  3. Cover the pitcher and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Add club soda just before serving and stir gently.
  5. Serve over ice and include fruit pieces in each glass.
