Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all ingredients and equipment.
  2. Dice the sweet potatoes into even cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes until softened.
  3. Mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper flakes in a medium bowl.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté sliced onions for about 3–4 minutes until soft.
  5. Sear the chicken in the skillet for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and onions. Add the roasted sweet potatoes and transfer the skillet to the oven. Bake for an additional 12–15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve warm.
