- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Gather all ingredients and equipment.
- Dice the sweet potatoes into even cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 20–25 minutes until softened.
- Mix honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, and crushed red pepper flakes in a medium bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté sliced onions for about 3–4 minutes until soft.
