- In a mixing bowl, add ½ cup of mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), ¼ cup of mustard, and ¼ cup of honey. Whisk until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
- Pour in 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, ½ teaspoon of paprika, and a pinch of freshly cracked pepper. Whisk vigorously for another 1-2 minutes.
- Check the consistency; if too thick, add a splash of water or vinegar until desired creaminess is reached.
- Transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- After chilling, whisk again and serve over salads, as a marinade, or as a dip.
