Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Pizza Grilled Cheese
  1. Soften butter and mix with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place two slices of bread butter-side down, spread marinara sauce, layer mozzarella, parmesan, and turkey pepperoni. Top with remaining bread, buttered side up.
  3. Preheat a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat for about 2 minutes.
  4. Cook sandwiches for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from skillet, cool for a minute, slice in half, and garnish with fresh basil.
