Ingredients

  • 9 slices Lasagna Noodles No-boil or regular for easy layering.
  • 8 ounces Crab Meat Fresh or imitation works well.
  • 1 pound Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
For the Cheese Mixture
  • 15 ounces Ricotta Cheese Can substitute with cottage cheese.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Low-moisture for optimal results.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated fresh is best.
  • 1/2 cup Heavy Cream Enhances richness.
For the Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 cup Alfredo Sauce Homemade or store-bought, enhance with butter and Parmesan.
Seasonings & Garnish
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil For sautéing.
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes Optional.
  • 1/4 cup Parsley Chopped, for garnish.
  • to taste Black Pepper

For the Topping
  • 1 cup Breadcrumb Topping Or extra Parmesan for a cheesier crust.

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles until al dente and lay flat to prevent sticking.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan, add 3 minced garlic cloves, sauté for 1 minute.
  3. Add 1 pound of shrimp to the pan, cook for 3-4 minutes until pink, then mix in 8 ounces of crab meat and season.
  4. Combine 15 ounces of ricotta, half the Parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, parsley, and 1/2 cup cream until smooth.
  5. Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish, layer noodles, cheese mixture, seafood mixture, and sauce; repeat.
  6. Top the final layer with mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs if using; cover loosely with foil.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes covered, then remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes until golden.
  8. Let it rest for 10 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve in slices.
