- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook lasagna noodles until al dente and lay flat to prevent sticking.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large pan, add 3 minced garlic cloves, sauté for 1 minute.
- Add 1 pound of shrimp to the pan, cook for 3-4 minutes until pink, then mix in 8 ounces of crab meat and season.
- Combine 15 ounces of ricotta, half the Parmesan, 1 cup mozzarella, parsley, and 1/2 cup cream until smooth.
- Spread a layer of Alfredo sauce in a baking dish, layer noodles, cheese mixture, seafood mixture, and sauce; repeat.
- Top the final layer with mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs if using; cover loosely with foil.
- Bake for 25 minutes covered, then remove foil and bake another 10-15 minutes until golden.
- Let it rest for 10 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve in slices.
