Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together ¼ cup mayonnaise, 1-2 tablespoons of sriracha, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, and the juice of half a lime until smooth.
  2. Dice 8 ounces of sushi-grade tuna into small cubes and gently fold it into the dressing. Add ¼ cup diced red onion, ¼ cup sliced green onions, and 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds. Mix carefully and cover with plastic wrap. Chill for about 30 minutes.
  3. Heat about 1 inch of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry wonton wrappers for 1-2 minutes until golden brown. Remove and drain on paper towels.
