  • 1 cup Almond Milk or plant-based milk
  • 1 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1 frozen Banana
  • 1 medium Chopped Fresh Carrot grate if necessary
  • 1 scoop Vegan Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon optional

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Add 1 cup of almond milk into a high-speed blender.
  2. Add 1 cup of frozen pineapple chunks and 1 frozen banana to the blender.
  3. Toss in 1 chopped fresh carrot.
  4. Include 1 scoop of vegan vanilla protein powder.
  5. Sprinkle in 0.5 teaspoon of cinnamon.
  6. Blend on low speed, increasing to high, for 30-45 seconds until smooth.
  7. If too thick, add 0.25 cup of almond milk and blend again.
  8. Pour into a glass or serve as a smoothie bowl with toppings.
