Step-by-Step Instructions for Apple Cider Pound Cake
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper and non-stick spray.
  2. In a stand mixer, cream together 3/4 cup softened butter and 1 1/2 cups sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add 3 large eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the mixture is smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together 1 1/2 cups flour, 1/4 tsp baking powder, and 1/4 tsp salt.
