- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and spices.
- In a separate bowl, mix together canned pumpkin puree, vegetable oil, eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle the top with a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
